We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published at cravve.co at the time of your order shall apply. Continued use of our website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

By placing an order or signing up to our waitlist, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
cravve. products are currently available for purchase and delivery to customers in Malaysia and Singapore. We reserve the right to extend or restrict availability to additional countries at our sole discretion.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Warranty Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between you and cravve.
Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate action against the offending party, including suspension of access, cancellation of orders, and pursuit of legal remedies where applicable.

2. Orders and Order Confirmation

All orders placed at cravve.co are subject to acceptance by cravve. An order confirmation sent to your registered email does not constitute final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that all order details — including your name, delivery address, email address, and contact number — are accurate at the time of placing your order. cravve. is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
All orders are final upon payment confirmation. No cancellations or amendments will be accepted once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Pre-orders are binding purchase commitments. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the product will be delivered within the estimated timeframe communicated at the time of purchase. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only and may be subject to change due to production schedules, logistics, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
cravve. reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase per customer or household.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate access to cravve.co for any customer found to be in violation of these Terms.

3. Pricing, Product Information, and Availability

All prices displayed on cravve.co are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) unless otherwise stated. Prices for Singapore customers will be displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time of checkout.
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or local taxes for international orders.
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout and are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
In the event of a pricing error, typographical error, or inaccuracy on our website — including errors relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, or other content — we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel any affected orders. A full refund will be issued where payment has already been made. We are not obligated to honour orders placed based on erroneous information.
Product images and descriptions on cravve.co are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual product colours, appearance, and finish may vary slightly from images displayed on screen due to differences in monitor calibration, device settings, and lighting conditions. Such variation does not constitute a defect or grounds for return.
Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or introduce any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

We accept the following payment methods: credit and debit cards, online bank transfer via FPX, e-wallets, and Buy Now Pay Later via Atome. Additional payment methods may be made available at our discretion.
All payments are processed by our authorised payment gateway partners. cravve. does not store your full card or banking details on our systems.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of purchase unless a Buy Now Pay Later arrangement is in place. For BNPL payments via Atome, the terms and conditions of the respective provider apply independently of these Terms.
Credit and debit card payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If your card issuer declines or withholds authorisation for any reason, cravve. is not liable for any resulting delay, non-delivery, or loss.
cravve. reserves the right to verify payment details before processing any order and to refuse or cancel orders where payment cannot be confirmed or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
In the event of a failed or disputed payment, cravve. reserves the right to cancel the associated order without prior notice.

5. Delivery and Shipping

cravve. currently ships to Malaysia and Singapore. Delivery to additional countries may be made available at our discretion.
Estimated delivery timeframes are communicated at checkout and on our website. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. cravve. is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the address is accurate. cravve. is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect address.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon handover to our courier partner.
Address changes are accepted free of charge before your order has been processed for shipment. Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number issued, no address changes can be made under any circumstances.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of our error, including wrong delivery or damage caused during transit.

6. Warranty

cravve. products are covered by a limited product warranty. The warranty period and specific terms applicable to each product are as stated on the respective product page and in the documentation included with your purchase.

Warranty coverage is conditional on registration. Customers must register their product at cravve.co within 30 days of receiving their order to activate warranty coverage. Products that have not been registered within this window are not eligible for warranty claims.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or repair, failure to follow the care and operating instructions provided, or normal wear and tear.
Accessories, consumables, and wear-and-tear components — including but not limited to the Care Kit, pint cups, blades, seal rings, and lids — are not covered under warranty.
Warranty claims must be submitted by emailing hello@cravve.co with your order number, description of the fault, and supporting photographs or video.
cravve. reserves the right to assess all warranty claims and determine the appropriate remedy at our sole discretion.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or use any content from cravve.co for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
The cravve. brand name, logo, wordmark, and related marks are trademarks of Crafton Group Sdn Bhd. Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

You retain full ownership of your content at all times.
By tagging @cravveco, using our branded hashtags, or publicly mentioning cravve. in connection with our products, you grant Crafton Group Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to repost, share, and feature your content across our social media channels, website, and marketing materials. Credit will be given to you where reasonably practicable.
If you wish to have your content removed from our platforms at any time, please contact us at hello@cravve.co and we will process your request promptly.
You confirm that any content you share does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for the content you publish or submit.
cravve. reserves the right to remove or decline to feature any user-generated content that we deem inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with our brand values, without prior notice.

Any feedback, reviews, suggestions, or comments submitted to cravve. via email, our website, or any other channel are welcome and appreciated.
